Mid Play Med

It's so difficult to find what-topic-to-be-blogged for me.. because I had almost no interesting event these days..Okay, maybe I DO have something to do, (studyin for midterm exam that is) and "playin" with my Ubuntu which setup was given by my friend (thanks a lot to Hendruw - don't forget to visit his blog!)

Aw yeah, it looks I'm too overthought everything these days.. and now I'm learning to do a little meditate to calming and get a focus. If you want, try it! It's free! (of course! can you buy a meditation???)

Zen Meditation

1. Zen meditation allows the mind to relax, please follow theses easy instructions. Sit on the forward third of a chair or a cushion on the floor.

2. Arrange your legs in a position you can maintain comfortably. In the half-lotus position, place your right leg on your left thigh.

3. In the full lotus position, put your feet on opposite thighs. You may also sit simply with your legs tucked in close to your body, but be sure that your weight is distributed on three points: both of your knees on the ground and your buttocks on the round cushion. On a chair, keep your knees apart about the width of your shoulders, feet firmly planted on the floor.

4. Take a deep breath, exhale fully, and take another deep breath, exhaling fully.

With proper physical posture, your breathing will flow naturally into your lower abdomen. Breathe naturally, without judgement or trying to breathe a certain way.

5. Keep your attention on your breath whilst practicing this zen meditation. When your attention wanders, bring it back to the breath again and again -- as many times as necessary! Remain as still as possible, following your breath and returning to it whenever thoughts arise.

6. Be fully, vitally present with yourself. Simply do your very best. At the end of your sitting period, gently swing your body from right to left in increasing arcs. Stretch out your legs, and be sure they have feeling before standing.

7. Practice easy Zen meditation every day for at least ten to fifteen minutes (or longer) and you will discover for yourself the treasure house of the timeless life of zazen -- your very life itself.

I'm Sick Enough of This!

UNBELIEVABLE! The night after I wrote "That Sick Me Off!", my fever came again! But with less damage.. This time, I can move, although it was very hard to concentrate. One of my friend take care of me a lot. He brought me to a clinic, and lend me money to pay the fee. I owe him a lot. Thanks bro!
Now I have recovered, although still need more rest but I can do many things now.

And..one shocking news for me.. my dad got a fracture at his leg.. What can I do? I can only pray and study hard so I don't dissapoint him. Get better quickly, dad! I'll do what I can!

That Sick Me Off!

at 9/11 morning I was already felt not so good, but I keep take a bath and go to college.
at college, I just realised that I caught a fever! so after 2nd shift (saturday I have 3 shift) I'm goin back to my room and collapsed on bed for 2 hours.
then suddenly my friend ask me if I wanna come to Japan Expo with the others. I feel better that time so I ok'ed it, but at the expo suddenly I feel not so good again (of course, who on earth can recover from fever in just 2 hours??!).
yeah.. that's only a little part, the rest? oh, don't make me type it. I have suffer so much.
Luckily my friend, family, and my God helped me, thanks to them, I owe them a lot. I don't know what'll happen if they weren't giving advice and be with me..

oh yeah, these are some photos I caught during the Expo:
